Solatech’s Product Engine Service (PES) to power Gotcha Covered CRM and Ordering
Gotcha Covered is driven by the mission “Raving customers for life”, and known for their extensive selection of products for all types of windows. When they set out to develop a CRM and order management system for their Franchisees, they chose Solatech’s Product Engine Service (PES) and product configurator system to power it.
PES, the core of Solatech’s industry-leading software for window fashions retailers and fabricators, consolidates product data and pricing into a software application that manages quoting, electronic order placement and order status updates via direct electronic interfaces with supported vendors.
