COVID-19 & Solatech Support for Clients & Partners
We are all experiencing some strange and interesting times as we navigate the uncharted waters of the ever changing COVID-19 situation within (and beyond) our Countries boarders. We all know that this will likely effect each of our lives in some manner or another, either personally or professionally and hopefully not both. But I believe we all also understand that this too will pass and America will come out strong and our economy will boom again. Hopefully soon! We just need to be patient and do the “right thing” and not spread this virus and then get back to what we all do so well. Here at Solatech we are doing our part to make sure that you, our Clients and Partners will continue to be fully supported until things return to normal while also keeping our Solatech team safe.
Over the past several years, I’ve guided Solatech in upgrading all of the technology we use to support our Clients & Partners to provide the best possible service. This includes our cloud based CRM, VOIP phone system, cloud based support ticketing and knowledge base systems and our direct website to support chat capabilities to name a few. As a result, your Solatech team is capable of working from almost anywhere to make sure our clients are fully supported regardless of the situation. At this time our team is in our offices conducting business as usual for our Clients and Partners and everyone is healthy, but able to work remotely at a moments notice. I just wanted to reassure you that we will be fully supporting you and your business as we all navigate these trying times. Please do let us know if you need anything.
Also, as you probably know, the IWCE show that was scheduled for the end of March in Charlotte, NC has been postponed. Solatech was looking forward to seeing long standing and new clients and partners at the IWCE show. At this time I appears that this show is being rescheduled tentatively for the end of July 2020. Please put that on your calendar and plan to come visit us in North Carolina when the new show dates are announced.
